Angie Davies-Bloomfield, the only daughter of the late Trevor Davies who inherited Bank Farm from his father who originally rented the land over 93 years ago… later in the mid 50’s his father purchased Bank Farm and it’s been in the family ever since. The Company’s succession and stability will continue now with Angie and her husband Julian taking the reins of the business.

Caravans have been sited on Bank farm since the early 30’s, holidaying owners, enjoying the beautiful pastures which roll down to the banks of the Severn, which flows along the edge of the Farm. In the early years the Parks holiday makers resided in caravans that were far less luxurious, Trevor recalls, “several made from old railway carriages and one even made from an old bus body!
The beginning of holidays and horses.
Farming, livestock, horses, quarrying, forestry production and the kiln drying of sawn timber are subsidiaries of the Farms success, though today Bank Farms main focus is the privately owned Holiday Homes which generate annual rent, utilities income, insurances, sales commissions and much more.
Luxurious Retirement Holiday Bungalows and Luxury Lodges
The company’s second park was purchased with 9 acres of land in 1980. At the time there were 30 chalets positioned on the land, though the park bears no resemblance to the 65 luxurious Holiday Bungalows and Luxury Lodges which grace the tree lined Park today. In the distant past people lived and holidayed in some of the roughest old caravans, and shacks you’ve ever seen…. Coppice Gate is a real, rags to riches tale! Today it mainly caters for the retirement market, where children only tend to visit.
Coppice Gate today is certainly the flagship of our fleet…with Holiday Homes in excess of £180,000.

2007 saw the purchase of 55 acres of farm land and Coppice which has experienced the most amazing transformation over the last few years. The natural avenues between the coppice of trees, fanning like outstretched fingers through the woodland has created the most beautiful considerate Park. The development has over 100 hard standing pads for beautiful modern long-term tourers. Lodge Coppice has planning permission for more static holiday homes, many of these are onsite now and trend setting with an array of modern luxury holiday homes.
Lodge Coppice is a true 21 Century Park with fishing pools, play areas, a full-time site warden, gated entrance security systems and comprehensive fully piped services and much more.
Bank Farm Equestrian Centre.
The Equestrian centre takes full advantage of the Farms lush pasture land, woodland trails, and river frontage. Its generous ménage, cavernous barn and the talents and skills of accomplished equestrian team, has made the Equestrian Centre a horse lovers paradise and the place to be for riders and horse owners in the Severn valley.
Today’s Equestrian activities include; hunt simulations, lessons at all levels, livery, hunt hire, sales, bespoke purchases and group self-catering riding holidays on horseback.
